S Shaun New member Apr 8, 2010 #1 jog instead of sprinting? I have just recovered from a knee injury, so i don't want to be sprinting too much, so would it be ok if i just ran at moderate speed for 1 minute and then just slow jogged for 2 minutes? Would that work just as good?
