When does Grouse Grind Mountain in B.C. Vancouver open for hiking?

Hi, I have been trying to find out if the grouse grind is open for hiking. I have checked the website and called the number that they have but it doesn't seem to tell me anywhere if it is open or not since I went there before and it was closed due to it being wet and slippery. If anyone can confirm that it is open for me that would be great. Thanks
