When does a religious/spiritual joke become offensive to you, personally ?

When it scoffs your religion or god; when it pokes fun at certain people? At what point does your sense of humor abandon you? For you, is there a specific something that just crosses the line?

Thank you in advance. :)

When people take them seriously. The worst religious jokes are the Abrahamic theologies.

When it is delivered poorly. I guess that goes for all jokes, though.

When they start like insulting your beliefs.... Jokingly is different than insultingly

It never offends me. I mean if I believe what I believe then because someone else pokes fun at it then my belief just wasnt for that person. Then who am I to pass judgement?

It never offends me until someone starts using caps or starts being rude. Then it feels like they are running all over me and forcing their beliefs on me.

I agree; delivery is everything.

Here's mine: Lord Krishna goes into a bar, the bartender says, "Hey pal, why so blue?"

Blasphemy certainly qualifies. Vicious personal attacks do too. It is not that the sense of humor abandons me, but that the sense of impropriety is more important. Did you hear the one about the time YAHOSHUA came to earth and decided to play a round of golf? He said 'watch me hit a hole in one on this hole', and a bystander said 'who does He think He is, the Almighty?' and another bystander said 'He IS the Almighty, He thinks He is Tiger Woods'. (I think that is funny)
