I understand that the ceremony comes first, and then the wedding party takes pictures while the rest of the guests are at hors d'oeuvres/cocktail hour. So I'm just wondering if it is acceptable for the bride and groom to be apart of cocktail hour to mingle with guests after pictures, or should they wait to be announced while all of the guests are in the formal reception area?
