The only problem with the Fairness act is that Rush and Beck are much more valuable to our freedoms than some hacks who are failing to end freedom. In other words laws that would get rid of Maher would also be used to get rid of AM radio.

Edit: Conservatives do well in a free market. The ratings of CNN and MS NBC are in the tank.
