When do I shift on my 2010 Mazda 3?

I have a 2.5 liter 167 horsepower 168 lb-ft torque Mazda 3 and was wondering around what RPM I need to shift up in order to get the best 0-60 time. It is automatic but also has the sport shift. Thanks
