Im applying Early Decision to Northwestern University (Evanston, IL), and I was never quite sure when to apply for financial aid for any college. Do I apply after I get in/deferred, or do I apply before I get in/deferred?

If you intend to go to school in the fall of 2010 to the spring of 2011 then you need to fill out the 2010-2011 application, which will not become available until January 1st of 2010.
