when do colleges begin awarding financial aid?

I applied for college last fall and was accepted by like december. but now i've been waiting and i still havent gotten my financial aid package and well classes start in august and i would like to know if i will be covered completely or if i will have to take out a loan. so what can i do or was i supposed to hear something back already?

You need to call your school's financial aid office and ask to speak with your financial aid adviser.
