When did your doctor discuss inducing you?

Just curious. Almost 39w pregnant, got a doctors appointment Friday. Just curious as to when your doctor brought up induction, if he or she did? Obviously i'm pretty impatient and want labor to start soon, but I'm willing to wait and suffer through the rest of pregnancy, haha. This is my second, by the way. I had my daughter at 38w, so I have no idea when doctors generally start throwing the idea of induction into the picture.
 
Well I went to my Dr. appt. at 8 am and by 9 am I was admitted to be induced.But that was because I had high blood pressure. I was 38 wks and 2 days I think that they don't usually start talking about it unless your about 1 week over but I would be careful about being induced it can cause a higher risk for your pregnancy...but if you want to you can ask you Dr. and see what they say and when they would even think about inducing. I hope you get to see your baby soon whether by induction or it coming on naturally and hopefully it is healthy and also CONGRATS hope this helps!!!!!
