I'm strongly of the belief that poetry cannot be taught, so when did you realise that you had a talent for it? With me, it was when I beat 50 other people in year 6 to win the Bardic Chair, then beat 800 people to win it again in year 9. That was good. But also, I learnt to read when I was 3, so I suppose the way with words was always there.
When did you discover your talent?
Sorry, didn't mean to sound cocky, but I suppose I did - I was just trying to explain what I meant
And I also think that everyone can write poetry as long as they have something that they feel strongly about! So everyone who says they haven't realised that they can write it, you will because you can. That's my opinion, anyway
