I've noticed it at work i.e. the accounting team or the IT team. and now it appears in the 0bama administration. I watched today's White House Press Conference.. and I swear I heard that verbiage at least 20 times from the "hammina hammina" flunky Carney. It reminds me of the 90's phrase "We're Professionals" everybody used to say. Professional what? professional A$$hole? same with the term "TEAM" team what???? team bench warmer? Maybe it's me,, but who else wants to reach for a barf bag every time they hear this word?
