when day dreaming do you use the law of attraction?

when you day dream about what you want are you using the law of attraction

like say you want idk uhm a boyfriend are you using the law of attraction

(no i dont want a boyfriend i have one just an exmaple)
 
By "the law of attraction" do you mean "If you think about it long enough, it'll happen"

That law of attraction is impossible to use, because it doesn't work. Believe me, if it did, I'd be in a much better situation right now!

When you're daydreaming, the only law of attraction that you use is the gravitational law of attraction, which keeps you on the ground.
