When cooking in a 'non-stick' pan, I always seem to burn my eggs (sunny-side up).?

And,.....this is after I have sprayed non-sick grease on it, as well. They don't come up easy, the bottoms are crispy and kind of burnt and very hard to cut, even with a fork. Why?!? Is there a better spray, or.........??????
