When can you or can't you use tobacco in the Army or Air Force?

For the AF: No smoking at Basic. After gain your privileges at Tech, you can smoke. Smoking on most AF bases is banned in public places while in uniform.. There are limited smoking areas at places of work.

Smoking makes you unfit to fight. If you can make it through Basic without a tobacco, don't start again. Your health and your wallet will thank you.

EDIT: Same thing applies for chew. You cannot chew in Basic. You cannot chew in uniform either.

Plenty of smokers in the military. If duty permits and there is a designated location, then you can smoke them if you got em.
