I have a 15 month old baby daughter. She has the same meals as myself and my husband but when it comes to pasta and mashed potatoes I have always cooked her portion seperately as I usually add a pinch of salt to the water. Now she is older can I cook everything together rather than having to seperate everything. We don't add salt in any other way.
