...price? I go through US CELL? A friend at work said if I am on a two year contract, I can upgrade from a regular phone to a smart phone in 12 months and get the discounted price ($150). A few months ago (past the 12 months limit) I went to US CELL to get a smartphone. The gal helping me said I would have to pay full price ($400) unless I waited until April 27th (18 months from when I started the contract). Who is correct? I didn't make a point of mentioning to the store person that I was going from a non-smart phone to a smart phone. I am not on the Belief Plan if that helps.
