When are all the "nice guys" here going to stop whining?

Seriously, I know tons of nice guys with girlfriends. Just because you are nice doesn't mean you have to have no spine. Get in shape, dress well, go to a bar, talk to people (notice I said people, not just girls), have fun and stop acting like a victim. I'm damn sure you will come across a few girls just by being outgoing. Have some guts, make them laugh, don't act desperate and you are pretty much guaranteed a girl at some point.
 
you are right about the "stop whining part" but as a recovering nice guy, I can tell you it's not only the difficulty in meeting them initially...there is the being lead on, being lied to, picking fights to test you/entertain themselves, etc....

Also, you almost make it sound like a guy should be content to wait near-forever and then count his lucky stars when some reformed-s|ut decides she is tired of being used and abused and picks him....That's not how a winner thinks...a girl is lucky to get HIM, not vice versa
 
....and get some tattoos, body piercings, ride a harley, wear a leather jacket, get in trouble with the law, have a lot of cash, treat women like dirt, etc.

I love nice guys. Nice guys buy the girl dinner and after dinner the nice guy gets a kiss on the cheek and I get a phone call to come over and finish her off. Nice guys listen to her problems, I don't have time for that crap. The last thing I want to hear is some chick's opinion.

We need these guys!!!
 
For some people, it's therapy to do that. Example - "Do you think I'll wind up alone? I am a very shy person and I refuse to be outgoing and to ask women out. It is just not something I'll ever do, so don't give me the usual canned advice." I think that they think if they keep posting it that something miraculous will happen, but I'm not sure what.
