when applying to postgraduate school should you list honors from high school?

when applying to post grad how far back should you go when listing honors? and what should be included i volunteered and worked at a lot of useful places while in uni but all my "honors" IE.e honor role, Ontario scholar, entrance scholarship into uni are from high school. Is that too far back to mention? Also if i won public speaking awards in grade seven and eight is that too far back to mention would it look weird to include something like that or would it help demonstrate i am outgoing?
 
Like your academic record once you have your first professional job, your high school experiences and honors aren't very relevant when applying to grad school. Anything about your personality and work ethic would come from letters of recommendation.
