The child support never comes on time. I go 4-6 months without a penny and then will get a big check to get caught up. The ex is paid every two weeks but the child support gets paid "When I can get to it." It never gets far enough behind to go to Child Support Enforcement, but it is very irregular. How does this affect food stamps or other programs. I am having a hard time and I'm going to need some help soon.
