1 mole of oxygen=16 grams
1 mole of carbon= 12 grams
you need two moles of oxygen two make carbon dioxide
so the ratio is 32 oxygen to 12 carbon or in a ratio 3:8
you already got that so to get the answer you just add the weights up.
in short the anser is 11 grams.
