wheels are making a weird noise when i turn?

I was at a party today and we park in her yard. after i tried backing up over her drive way but my front tires couldnt make it up without going faster. I pulled up and drove fast and they went over. Now im noticing a noise coming from the front tires when i turn. what could be wrong with it.
how much would it cost?
 
ya i agree with ranger it happen to my car as well ford escort take it to garage and let them check it for u.
