I'm asking about both murals and "tagging". Although i do believe most taggers are just vandals bent on causing destruction, i believe that some of these people are just artists showing their creativity. But many people believe that graffiti, even those gorgeous murals, is just visual pollution that make cities look dirty and rundown. I don't necessarily agree with these people. Like i said before, these are just artists needing a way to express themselves, and if these cities had more programs for these (mostly all young) people, they could learn to use different mediums instead of spraypaint and a wall. Of course, it does depend on where they do it and whether or not they get permission from the property owner. What is your take on graffiti?
