6'0", 175 lbs and I am 32. Very comfortable on the bike, but hands do tend to get sore during in town riding. No superbike will be comfortable when compared to sport touring bikes or bikes like the Hyabusa, but everyone here knows that.

maybe it's the sufferring that unites us.....damned if i know---but if anyone is looking , my 2007 1098s is lited for sale in the classifieds. Maybe i am panzi--or have just gotten to use to other upright bikes....don't know--

6'-1"+, 160lbs, 33yrs old. My 600RR is definitely more comfortable, but the 1098 isn't that bad unless you plan on going for a long trip. Done a couple 100 miles plus rides without too much problem. My ride from Portland Oregon to the USGP in Laguna this year on it should be interesting though... I plan on taking 2 days each way, but that is still going to be almost 500 miles a day! Ouch...I can already feel it! Maybe i'll ride the 600 instead...NAAAHH!

5'8" 150 lbs. 34 years old. This is my first bike so I have nothing to compare it to. After a few hundred miles my right hip starts to hurt and then both knees. I don't think the 1098 is the most comfortable bike around but who are we kidding, comfort was not on the top of the list when purchasing this bike.

The bike was about like any other sportbike when it was stock, although it had a little more aggressive riding position than most. I put the heli bars on, gel grips, cramp buster and had the rear suspension adjusted to lower the tail a bit. I feel like I can ride forever now. I have done 300+ mile days with no problems.

I'm 6ft 215pounds 30yrs .. 1098 fine I commute 15 miles round trip rain or shine.. and I also have a Hyper.. which is way easier to just ride.... but really enjoying the 1098 just requires more to ride.. but no real pain.. just a little sore ... Canyons have been a bit of pain .. lately due to the rain and all the tossing back and forth.. what a blast..

5'11 207lbs. Athletic, Brown hair, Blue eyes. Love Red Headed Italian beauties that that dont mind when I lay the rubber down. Must be light weight, like long, hard rides and only yell when I am really laying it on 'em. Deep, raspy moan is nice, but no smokers please.
