What's your favorite Kitchen appliance/gadget?

One of mine would have to be My George Foreman grill, I can make grilled cheese, Quesadillas, paninis, grill chicken, and hamburgers, i love it.

Anyway...i don't have a George Foreman grill, my old roommate took it i miss it so much...LOL.
My favorite thing is this non stick frying pan, it looks like a baking sheet except it's a little deeper for the oil. You can make anything on it! From ckn cutlets to eggs, to pancakes to spinach! I love it. And so easy to clean too!

Wow, I have to pick just one of each? Ok, it would have to be my Robot Coup (food processor) for the Kitchen appliance and my hand graters for gadgets. I use both of these every time I'm in the kitchen besides my knives and tongs, so there it is. I'm just seasoning a cast iron grill pan, so that will probably be on my top 5 soon, but now I'm just rambling, sorry. Fun question though, thanks for asking and have a great day!
