That it is wearing away .Especially the South American Rainforests are meant to be the lungs of the earth,but are still going down .
For me in Australia , the sun is more like radiation on some days.Its hotter and burns more than ever.
People are now donating more money to enviromental organisations.

There is no current environmental issues except as put forth by the GREEDY, POWER HUNGRY Gore and his bogus science, and the environmental wackos that buy into it. That is Al Gore, the inventor of the internet.
If global warming were a real threat, which it isn't, it would be the end of the current ice age. An ice age we have been in for about 2.5 to 3 million years.
Effect of a new warming period would depend on where you are geographically. However, because of the advancements in technology like desalination technologies, many of the warm globe risks have already been mitigated.
Some of the benefits to a warmer globe would be a reduction in energy needs, in agriculture an increased growing and production season.
There are many benefits I could list, but then so could you if you just sat down and thought about it a little.
There is one danger I can think of, with the decrease in energy use, we may head back into a cooling period, taking us into another ice age.
Instead of vilifying and worrying about the human impact on the planet. We should try to clean up after ourselves but we should also be making contingency plans for those incidents we can do nothing about. Like we do in the Marines, adapt, improvise and overcome.

Everyone breathes, so I'm guessing most people like air. Everyone needs water so I'm guessing most people don't want it filled with sewage. I don't know where the idea came from that there are people who want to destroy the environment...well that show for idiots--Captain Planet--but other than that?
