What's wrong with driving round in an uninsured car? I understand that someone could get in an accident or something, but can someone get a car (and keep in on the road) without insurance?
if you get caught by the cops you have to pay 150.00 pounds and 20.0 pounds a day charge until you pay for it also you need insurance to be parked up on the radio for your own sake as you could end up getting allot of points on your licencesand finesto ,it also means no insurance no valid road tax o valid mot you need all three items in ate and up to date
If the police catches you without insurance you will get a ticket and whatever damage is done to your car in the accident will have to be fixed by you because you have no insurance.
yea!! cause if u hit me with no ins....i have to sue you to get my car fixed and appearently u cant afford ins. so i guess It would be my lose, since u wouldnt be able to pay 5000 to fix mine. I think that driving with no ins. should be very stiff punishment.
