Who's against it?
Give me some good reasons please.
I know its not "FREE" health care. But what's wrong with paying taxes for everyone to have free medical care? We've got other socialized systems like public schools and libraries. Nobody seems to think those are bad. Dont you think if everyone was able to go to the doctor instead of being sick that we'd all be healthier since they're the ones making us sick in the first place? Health care is something people NEED. How can we deny them a healthy lifestyle if they simply CANT AFFORD it. People are living in pain because they cant afford treatments. Are we as Americans just so selfish that we don't want to help our fellow citizens live out healthy lives just because we don't feel like paying for it? The tax money we'd be paying isn't as costly as some of our medical bills!
