I'm playing my spore game on a new computer, and I got to the tribal stage and then I got out of it because I had to do something, and I forgot to save it. I got back on and started a new game, and then I noticed that the creature stage and the tribal stage weren't unlocked. I guessed it was because I didn't save, so I started again on the cell stage, and got to the tribal stage again, and this time I saved. I went back to the galaxy, and they still weren't unlocked, so I quit and went back in, and they are still not unlocked. This never happened before on any of my computers. Will someone PLEASE tell me what's wrong?
