I have a inconvenient problem:
When I plug my iPhone into my 2010 Jetta, the left speaker is playing all the music and the right one is lacking. When I turn the balance feature all the way to the right, it is not what it should be playing in terms of loudness. It was fine when I bought it. Used to plug in my iphone and drive in peace
Anyways, I have some observations.
1) iPhone was dropped alot, the input jack for the iPhone might be messed up
2) iPhone plugged in my moms Lexus worked fine. sound and bass coming from both ends
3) Sisters iPhone plugged into my moms Lexus worked fine as well, and sounds bad in my car as well.
4) AUX cord is bent from use, probably expected.
Anything I can do? Should I go to the dealership place and ask for service? should I use an iPod/iTouch/iPhone for a 3rd option, and should I get a new cord?
