Whats wrong with my koi fish there going th the surface of my pond opening there mouth?

they are always at the surface opening there mouth I tried feeding them but there not eating what do I do . another koi witch is spinning around it cant swim strait anymore they are still young the biggest one is 5 inches long they are still very young i dont know why there acting that way pls help me.
