What's wrong with my iPad?

I got my iPad today and it won't charge I have the 10 watt charger thing but it won't charge and i've tried every outlet in my house!
I tried it on my computer it didn't work

You probably have a faulty charger cable, which is quite rare actually. You can find a charger cable on Amazon for very low prices, you can use any iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad cable for your iPad, they run the same system so the cable can be used interchangeably for all 3 devices.
