Whats wrong with my honda civic ex?

i got a 93 honda civic ex and had it about 8months i think and its got 260,000 miles on it and its making a wierd noise like a screechin sound when im driving could it be the water pump or timing belt? or could it be oil to low and its like the sound when you back up,you know that sound the honda makes when u reverse lol. like that but louder. and plus how much could i sell it for? its got aftermarket tail lights,halo prejectors,full aftermarket exguhst system,and racin rims low profile tires too.

A car depreciates at least 10% a year. Though Honda Civics have high resale value, yours is quite old, 15 years old? to restore atleast the essential parts is costly, not to mention the body works and paint job. i have a Honda Civic 2003 with 13750 mile-run, the resale value ranges from $6500-$7200.
