Whats wrong with my flash drive?

So I saved something at school and well when I go to my computer and click removable disk, it says it has 0 documents/items.
It's not just one document. It's all of them, even the ones from like a year ago.

whatever you saved didn't save correctly...

did you check the drive to make sure it was really there before you got up from the computer at school...?

Did you actually check the drive before you left school to know for sure it was actually on there? Maybe it got saved on the computer you was working on instead?

Had that on mine, check it, look on the internet how to fix it, thats how I fix my life!

Well, depending on the model of drive, you may need to "Safely Remove Hardware" in order for it to work properly. This is probably the case.

The file may have been corrupt, or there may have been a magnet near it at some point.

Also, water is bad. Did it go through the washer at all?

Or you may have saved the file to the wrong place when you were at school.
