whats wrong with my fish?

i've had the fish for two years and its been perfectly healthy but for the past 2 days it has sunked to bottom of the tank, it moves around but lies upside down. Still breathes and its eyes are somewhat cloudy.
its a moor goldfish
 
What kind of fish is it? If it's a type of catfish, and it is like a corydoras, it's probably an upside-down catfish, meaning it's supposed to swim upside down. Depending on it's eyes, I'm sorry to say, but you can expect to part with your fish soon. I'm really sorry.
