Whats wrong with my fish?

Hi i have a white fat fish unsure of what type, it looks a bit like a gold fish mixed with a carp but very fat,i have had it for about fives years and it has always been fat, anyway it looks like it has lots of air bubles in its skin and its scales look like they have been lifted from its body. It is in my pond and all of the other fish look fine and healthy.

If anyone knows what is wrong or know a cure (if there is one)

well they could have ick its when your fish gets stress out and gets white dots on them but becuz your fish is white you probably cant see them but it spreads fast so put that fish in a different container and rais the water temperature. if that doesnt work after a week then go to the pert store and say that your fish have ick and they will hive you some pill to puit in your fishes water.
