whats wrong with my fish?

Help I don't know what's wrong with my fish but most of my mollies tetras and sword tails have little white spots. What is going on and what can I do about it?
Thanks for your quick answers. But what if I cannot remove the carbon from the filter. I have the filter cartridge that includes the carbon in it.
 
they have white spot or ich
you need to go and buy ich treatment for them and follow the instructions
i would do a 25% water change first and then re,move any carbon you might have in your filter and treat
 
You need to raise the temperature of your aquarium and purchase ich treatment. Follow the directions on the medication.
