WHATS WRONG WITH MY FISH?!? PLZ HELP?

The affected fish should be immediately taken out to be separately treated. It is difficult to specify a specific treatment unless the main cause is definitely known. Large daily water changes should help, if not Epsom salts has been used with good results to draw the fluid out. One tablespoon per 5 gallons of water for at least three days, longer if necessary. Epsom salts isn't really salt (sodium chloride) it is Magnesium Sulfate. If water quality is the problem, a 50 percent water change must be made as soon as possible.

If a new item was added to the aquarium recently, it should be double checked that it is not poisoning the water or letting off chemicals. The quality of the water conditioner that is used should be checked that it has a good opinion by other aquarists. If the water readings are wrong (high nitrAtes etc), a 50 percent water change is recommended again and 15-20 percent water changes 3-5 times per week, until the water readings are correct. Overstocking is a common problem for high water readings. Another common reason would be decaying dead fish and fish food. The tank should be thoroughly searched for any dead fish and precautions must be taken NOT TO OVER FEED, and if the tank is overstocked, steps should be taken in finding some of your fish another good home. If a bacterial infection is the cause we would recommend 'Maracyn', 'Maracyn II', 'eSHa 2000' and 'Anti-internal bacteria' for treatment.

Don't worry, your fish is not dying. MANY fish have pop eye and loose their eyes but they still live. Now, I'm not saying your fish might loose it's eyes. Trust me, no matter what will happen, pop eye will not kill your fish. I've read many books about it, and they all say the same thing.

ok, so yesterday i was looking at my convict and he was kind of un-steady... a few hours later hes doing loop-the-loops and spinning frantically... a few more hours later hes in a rock crevice resting sort-of... a few more hours after, hes spinning around again and his eyes seem to be bulging... a few more hours after that his eyes are even more bulged out and hes on his side in the corner. so be4 i went to bed i moved him to a hospital tank so my cray wouldnt eat him... i woke up and hes still alive in the tank but half his body is on the surface but hes still alive and hes breathing regularly, but his bulged eyes are bulegd to the point where the outer epidermal skin covering his eyes are starting to rip open and now he has tissue comming out of his eyes dangling... WHATS WRONG??? is this a combo of bloat and pop-eye??? WHAT DO I DO?!?
HE DOESNT HAVE Ick... r u tarded??? ick is white marcks that deteriorate the fish's dermal skin under the scales... how does that sound like my problem???... and the guy with the big answer, thankyou i added some epsom salt but u say he wont dies but he's swimming funny. he cant stay regualrly in one spot and he seems as if hes bloated cuz he floats and every 1ce and a while he swims tward sthe bottom again.
