I have a 1996 yamaha yz 125 and theres something wrong with it because it wont run. I asked my dad and he thought it was the spark plug so i took it out, cleaned it with brake cleaner, let the engine air out, kicked it a few times to get any excess air out and put the plug back in. It started but it only revved for about a second and then bogged down and shut off. I tried cleaning it again, and again, it did the same thing. Then, when i tried it again, id did the same exact thing again. So, does any one have any suggestions on what could possibly be wrong with my bike? And, yesterday, i started my 2006 (i think thats the year) yamaha blaster. It started right up after i choked it however, when i pushed the choke back in, it revved down alot and then shut off. So, i tried running the bike in full choke. It worked, but every time i slow down, the quad revs so much, that i can bearly get it going again. So does anyone have any suggestions on what could be wrong with my quad? Thanks for any help.
