ok so i have a samsung corby s3653 cell phone and ive only had it for a month now but since i bought it every time i take the battery out all my songs and my pics disappear i have a memory card in it and every time i add something to it i save it on the memory card but i all of it goes when i take the battery out and yesterday i took the battery out and then everything went so i got my friend to send me everything by bluetooth and i saved it on the memory card but this morning i had google on and all of a sudden it turned off and on by itself and every thing was gone!! btw i dont have a sim card yet if that help...so plz what do i do?? do i take it to the company or can i fix it myself?? plz
