So today I'm driving home from school, when I try to pull into my driveway my steering wheel feels stiff, as if the car was off, you know how when theirs no power steering. Then I realize that my car is dead. My neighbor and I push my car into my garage and then we check it out. When we pull out the oil thing it shows that the oil was filled up too full.

I changed the oil two weeks ago, and my neighbor said that the oil was way too dark for 2 weeks, and said that they didn't drain it completely before they added new oil, and because today was extremely hot, the oil expanded and damaged my start and or spark plugs, which caused it to die on me and not start anymore.

When I try to start it now the car clicks a lot but theres no start. He suspects that at the cheap autoshop they didn't do a thorough oil change and that damaged my car.

So what should I do at this point?
I have my receipt and etc.
I have a 1995 Camry with 59k Miles

It definately not a dead battery for sure
