I have this laptop that has a built in wireless modem that has worked before, but now when i go to the network page it doesn't even show up as an option, it's not detected. internet works when i plug the ethernet cable into the side of my computer, but i don't understand why the wireless option isn't available anymore. any clue as to what's wrong?
