What's wrong with my bluetooth?

I'm trying to send a picture from my laptop to my phone by using bluetooth and when it is sending it just stops at 86%....

The phone is a blackberry pearl..and the laptop is a hp...

I have sent stuff to my phone before with no problem..
 
Don't send your dentist pictures of it, just get to a dental clinic immediately so he can help you! Teeth shouldn't be blue (unless you ate blue candy or something similar)...that's not normal.
