whats wrong with my betta fish?

My betta fish is loosing his color and is staying at the bottom of his tank and he doesnt seem to be eating his food. anybody know whats wrong or what I can do to fix him?
 
My teacher had the same problem with her betta fish turns out it was sick id take it back to the place i got it if i were you and see what kind of medicine it may need if it is sick..i just figured that because that's what was wrong with hers
