I have been working out for bout 2months..I started wif 9 pauns dumbell And I'm curretly working out wif 11 pauns..however my biceps are not getting bigger instead juz became ugly with all the vains popping out..my skin tends to look ugly so does my biceps..they looked nicer b4 I started lifting..this applies only for my right arm..my left arm is alrite..it's getting bigger and toned not by much but there is progress..why is this happening and wat should I do..should I juz continue lifting more and more weights slowly or stop lifting at all..I'm really depressed..even wit lifting weights my right arm is juz ugly..i weigh at 65kg..I taught by eating more I will be able to make my arms fatter but seems only my belly has increased in size..pls help me
