whats wrong with my 1996 mazda?? please help?

i have a 1996 mazda lx when i start it up in the morning a lot of smoke comes out from the muffler for about 2 mins then stops but my idle is all the way up to 2 n slowly decreaces to 1 after about 5 mins. this also hapens if i let the car sit for 3 hours or so. also when the car is running in park the car sounds fine but when i put it into drive my idle goes down and the car starts to shake this also hapens if i come to a stop while driveing ?????
 
see if has set a code.

Start going through the car item by item and see if you can find one that might mess the car up that badly. The smoke you describe seems to be coming from your valves since it stops, sounds like the oil is leaking down inside the cylinders.
