Whats wrong with me?

Im 110lb, Skinny hardly weigh much as you can tell. YET. I have a starting to be noticeable "Double-chin" and small layer of fat on the rest of my body. I dont know what to do..

I have thought about what I can do, but i thought Getting some answers from people who are experienced could help my self-esteem some.

Iv always been a small person. runs in the family. but this double-chin is making me feel horrible -.-

What Can I do?
 
even if it is your families blood to be like that doesnt mean you cant change the way you are. remember the phrase "what you eat is what you are" so you might wanna check on your diet and you lifestyle to determine whats wrong. and then do something about it. hopes my opinion helps.
 
I've got a double chin too, runs in my family and ooo, I hate it. There's always plastic surgery but that takes cash - I've been saving up.;)

You can chew gum. Believe it or not, gum chewing strengthens facial muscles. Exercise your jaw muscles during the day by jutting your chin out for as long as you can hold it. Another facial muscle exercise you'll have to do in private 'cause ya look silly is called the shovel exercise - open your mouth wide, pull your lower lip over your bottom teeth and work your jaw up and down as if you were trying to scoop up something.

Go slow, be prepared for a sore (but hopefully tighter) face.
 
I wouldnt say so, after i quit wrestling freshman year, didnt like the coaches, I had problems with them.

I would eat like normal, used to it all going away from my high metabilism at the time. instead of weigh 98 constantly. i went up to 130. and got down to one 10. but it still seems to build up. i belive its my diet. and major lack of exercise.

Im gonna start going to the gym soon. Monday, if i dont have to work and whatnot. already have a good diet plan set out. eating more healther foods like for snacks. ill have a light lowfat yogurt.

Im sure its my exercise, because i spend way too much time infront of this computer. Doing work for my C++ online class. Contacting old friends, online buying PC parts. and that. Time consuming. but im gonna change all of that.

along with lifting weights and using tredmil and bike at the gym. iv set a goal. and i want to acheive it.
