My boyfriend's cell phone is having a malfunction, AGAIN. For some reason when he calls me, i can't hear him and he can't hear me vise versa. All we can hear is a static noise. Even when i call him, it'll ring once and then all i hear is static. He didn't drop his phone on the ground, or on water. could it be a possible service thing? we've never had this problem before - except for his other phone , which started to tweak out on it's own. We can still text, and if he calls me constantly, about after the 5th try it'll start working and i can hear him.
