What's with virgin mobile!?

I have the samsung... mantra, and everytime I send text messages no one gets them, plus everytime I get a text i get it 2 hours after I was supposed to. I have never had any problems like this with virgin mobile before, this just happened yesterday, does anyone know the problem? is anyone else experiencing this problem? PLEASE HELP
