What's with all the emo poems?

Everything I've read on here is either an emo poem or a cliché romance poem. And everyones response? “OMG that was so great!”, why must they encourage bad poetry? Give them some constructive criticism, don't sugar coat it.

A poem I read on here recently:

“Dark red cuts, he was so good to me, but he left me for that blonde girl,
Don't tell me to stop, I need to cut, are love was a passionate romance, now it's a train in the ditch, like a microphone with no singer singing,
When he touches her hair I fly away, can't see them together! It's so painful, if he loved me why did he leave me on the road, it doesn't glow like are love did! Why did he leave me? Why did he go?!
So lonely without his kiss all I have is his photo,
He made me go now I must find a way to deal with this pain, so I'll jump in front of a plane, No I just wait until he comes back, are love was so much more, I know he'll come back, I know! I know! I see him kiss her, it's like a thousand bees running after me, Oh how I wish he didn't leave!

Everybody's replies “wow that was awesome!”, what the hell? I don't even think they read the poem. Isn't it annoying, I don't know which ones worse the replies or the poems.
 
First of all I would like to point out that these so called 'emo poems' are forms of expression. Second, since I myself write these, (and may I say that your complaints and stereotyping have seriously offended) I speak from experience when I say that these poems are usually made when in a state of depression and possible suicidalness that varies. Is it a good idea to say bad things to people who suffer from depression? Absolutely not. And just because you do not believe that these poems are any good does not mean that everyone else agrees with you. It could be YOU who's the odd one out.
