Pineapple salsa. You just substitute the tomatoes with pineapple.It is amazing Try it
home made tomato salsa with lots of cilantro and some spice ot it $$
Edit: It is very interesting to note that there are a bunch of people who felt it neccessary to thumbs down many people who answered this question.
